Precautions for the use of engines with turbochargers

In view of the working principle of the turbocharger, when using a turbocharger engine some problems should be paid attention to:
1.After the engine is started, it should be idling for a period of time to make the lubricating oil reach a certain working temperature and pressure, so as to avoid accelerating wear and even jamming due to the lack of oil in the bearing when the load is suddenly increased.
2.When the vehicle is parked, because the turbocharger rotor rotates with a certain inertia, the engine should not be turned off immediately. It should be idling for a period of time to gradually reduce the temperature and speed of the turbocharger rotor. Immediately turning off the flame will cause the oil to lose pressure, and the rotor will not get lubricated when it rotates by inertia and will be damaged.
3.Check the amount of oil frequently to avoid bearing failure and rotation jamming due to lack of oil.
4.Regularly replace the engine oil and engine filter. Because the full-floating bearing has high requirements for lubricating oil, the engine oil specified by the manufacturer should be used.
Frequently check the airtightness of the air intake system. Air leakage will cause dust to be sucked into the supercharger and engine, and damage the supercharger and engine.
