Method of replacing filter element:
1, Replace the filter element of the single-barrel pre-filtration device: a. Close the inlet ball valve and open the upper end cover.  (Aluminum alloy upper end cover should be gently pried open from the side gap with a flat screwdriver);  B. Unscrew the drain plug to drain the dirty oil;  C loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, and the operator holds the filter element tightly with oil-proof gloves and removes the old filter element vertically upward;  D. Replace the new filter element, pad the upper sealing ring (the lower end has its own sealing gasket), tighten the nut;  F. Tighten the drain plug, cover the upper cover (attach the sealing ring), and tighten the bolts
2, Replace the filter element of the two-barrel parallel pre-filtration device: a. Close the oil inlet valve of the filter element that needs to be replaced, close the oil outlet valve after a few minutes, and then unscrew the bolt of the end cover to open the end cover;  B. Open the drain valve and thoroughly drain the dirty oil to prevent the dirty oil from entering the clean oil chamber when replacing the filter element;  C. Loosen the fastening nut on the upper end of the filter element, and the operator holds the filter element tightly with oil-proof gloves and takes off the old filter element vertically upward;  C. Replace the new filter element, pad the upper sealing ring (the lower end has its own sealing gasket), tighten the nut;  D. Close the drain valve, cover the upper cover (pay attention to sealing ring), and tighten the bolts.  E. First open the oil inlet valve, then open the exhaust valve, close the exhaust valve immediately when the exhaust valve leaves the oil, and then open the oil outlet valve; Do the same for the other filter.
