Product Description

Fleetguard produces all kinds of diesel filters, including rotary diesel filter, rotary diesel filter with oil-water separation, rotary diesel prefilter and various diesel filter elements, and can be equipped with customer requirements of various engine connected base. At the same time, the company produces various types and different specifications of gasoline filter: plastic, aluminum welding type, iron seam type and stainless steel type of gasoline filter, the variety covers the whole gasoline filter design, manufacturing field.
The structure of the diesel filter is roughly the same as the oil filter, and there are two kinds of replaceable and rotating type. But its working pressure and oil temperature requirements are much lower than that of the oil filter, and its filtration efficiency is much higher than that of the oil filter. The function of diesel filter is to filter out harmful impurities and moisture in the fuel system, protect the normal operation of the engine, reduce wear, avoid blockage and improve the engine life.

Application
1. Metallurgy: used for filtration of hydraulic system of rolling mill and continuous casting machine and filtration of various lubricating equipment.
2. Petrochemical: separation and recovery of products and intermediate products in the process of refining and chemical production, liquid purification, purification of tape, CD and photographic film in the manufacturing process, filtration of oilfield water injection well and natural gas.
3. Textile: purification and uniform filtration of polyester melt in the process of wire drawing, protection and filtration of air compressor, oil and water removal of compressed gas.
4. Electronic and pharmaceutical: reverse osmosis water, deionized water treatment and filtration, washing liquid and glucose pretreatment filtration.
5. Thermal power and nuclear power: gas turbine, boiler lubrication system, speed control system, bypass control system oil purification, water pump, fan and dust removal system purification.
